1. Acceptance

By using Image Tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service

Image Tools provides browser-based and server-assisted image utilities, including background removal and image compression. Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional business workflow features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Image Tools to:

• Process illegal, abusive, or infringing content
• Upload files you do not have permission to use
• Attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Circumvent quota, billing, or security controls
• Use processed outputs in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights

4. Your files

You keep ownership of images you process. By uploading an image, you confirm you have the right to process it. Server-side processing is temporary and used to return the requested result.

5. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments. Receipts, invoices, and payment records are handled by the payment provider. Subscription access may depend on successful payment confirmation.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect results for every image, or suitability for every use case. Keep original copies of important files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
